About this Form

This form is used to file the Maori authority credit account returns separately from your income tax return.

This form can be completed on-screen by typing content directly into the PDF document. Once you have completed the form it is important that you print it out as you will not be able to save the information you enter into the form.

When to use this form

Use this form only if you need to file the Maori authority credit account return separately from the income tax return. If you wish to file them together, please use the IR8 return, which combines the income tax and Maori authority credit account returns.
