Use this disclosure form if you administer a foreign trust.

When to use this form

This registration form is to be completed by resident foreign trustees as defined in the Tax Administration Act 1994.

To register a New Zealand Foreign Trust (NZFT), the contact trustee must complete and submit Foreign trust registration form – IR607.

What you will need

You’ll need to attach:

• the trust deed
• amending documents / functional equivalents
