About this Form

Use this form to disclose a settlement of a trust.

When to use this form

Where no trustee was resident in New Zealand at the time of settlement, or the trustee later became non-resident.

Also where the settlement is made by a nominee for another person, or is of a nominal amount, and no trustee was resident in New Zealand at the time of settlement.

What you will need

• Trust’s IRD number
• Settlor’s IRD number
• Names and addresses of trustees
• A copy of the trust deed and any amendments that may alter the nature of the trust and/or the beneficiaries
