About this Form
If you’ve had RWT deducted from a payment made to you but you have an exemption, you can request a refund by filling out the IR454 form.
When to use this form
If the over-deduction was caused by the recipient’s error, they can get the excess RWT refunded by Inland Revenue at the end of the income year.
