用MYOB列出常用报表

MYOB內置140種報表以上,你可能亦有經常使用當中某些報表,以協助分析公司財政狀況。如果你現正使用MYOB Premier v8或Accounting v14以上版本,透過其中一項功能,你便可輕易將常用報表列出於報表選單中,無須每次於報表索引中翻查所需報表,方便你查閱最新資料。¶!f‡Ëêlepas2008.co.nz\i_Äßõ¬¬

如何將常用報表加入至報表選單﹕

1. 於選單點選報表內的報表索引

(1. Select Reports from the menu > Index to Report.)

2. 選擇你想加入至報表選單的報表,然後按位於視窗下方的選項

3. 於自訂報表視窗內,選擇其他修整

4. 剔選加至報表選單

(4. Mark the Add to Reports Menu selection.

5. 然後再按顯示,報表便會即時顯示,並於報表選單中列出

於報表選單中,除了會列明報表名稱,亦會包括該報表於報表索引中所屬的有關類別。

例如﹕出納記錄所屬的有關類別是出納內的支票及存款,於報表選單中,便會以支票及存款—出納記錄的方式清晰列明有關報表,以便查閱。

The report name is listed on the menu as a combination of the name of the header above the report in the Index to Reports window and the name of the report.

For example, the Bank Register report appears under the header Cheques and Deposits in the Banking tab. The name listed in the Reports menu is therefore, 'Cheques and Deposits - Bank Register'.
